LMZ-Ⅱ(原MLL-Ⅱ)型带制动轮梅花形弹性联轴器主要由两个带凸齿密切啮合并承受径向挤压以传递扭矩,当两轴线有相对偏移时,弹性元件发生相应的弹性变形,起到自动补偿作用。
LMZ-Ⅱ(原MLL-Ⅱ)型带制动轮梅花形弹性联轴器主要适用于起动频繁、正反转、中高速、中等扭矩和要求高的工作场合,例如:冶金、矿山、石油、化工、起重、运输、轻工、纺织、水泵、风机等。工作环境温度-35℃~+80℃,传递公称扭矩25~12500Nm,许用转速1500~15300r/min。
LMZ-Ⅱ (formerly MLL-Ⅱ) plum blossom elastic coupling with brake wheel has the following characteristics:
(1)工作稳定,具有良好的减振、缓冲和电缘性能。
(2) Simple structure, small radial size, light weight, small moment of inertia, suitable for medium and high speed occasions.
(3) It has large axial, radial and angular compensation capabilities.
(4) Polyurethane elastic elements are resistant to oil, have large carrying capacity and long service life.
(5) The coupling does not need to be lubricated, the maintenance workload is small, and it can run continuously for a long time.
LMZ-Ⅱ(原MLL-Ⅱ)型带制动轮梅花形弹性联轴器热装的七大要点:
一、在进行加热前首先要核对好梅花联轴器与另外一个相联结的联轴器是否成对,若在干个同样的机组安装中出格,那就需要查明成对记号或者号码。
二、检查Plum coupling配合面有无毛刺、擦伤等缺陷。
三、定时记录温升和电流数值,温升每小时不超过30度。
四、在温升到100℃后,查抄人员要时刻注意温度变化。
五、当要进行样杆测量孔径数值时,务必切断电源后再进行操作。
六、加热区域应放置合格的消防设备,以备不时之需。
七、当梅花联轴器热装到轴上以后,应立即用冷水浇轴颈使其冷却,以防止热量向电枢中扩散影响绝缘性能。
