JMIJ type connecting intermediate shaft type diaphragm coupling

JMIJ type intermediate shaft diaphragm coupling is a high-performance metal elastic element coupling, which is alternately connected by a sleeve in the middle, diaphragm sets on both sides, and half couplings through reamed bolts. The diaphragm set is made of multiple very thin stainless steel plates. The diaphragm set can be divided into two types: connecting rod type and integral type according to different structures.
JMIJ type with intermediate shaft typeDiaphragm coupling靠两边的膜片的弹性变形来补偿所联两轴的相对位移,主要特点是不用润滑,结构较紧凑,使用寿命长,无旋转间隙,不受温度和油污影响,具有耐酸、耐碱的特点,适用于高温、高速、有腐蚀介质工况环境的轴系传动,广泛用于各种机械装置的轴系传动,如水泵(尤其是大功率、化工泵)、风机、压缩机、液压机械、石油机械、印刷机械、纺织机械、化工机械、矿山机械、冶金机械、航空(直升飞机)、舰艇高速动力传动系统,经动平衡后应用于高速传动轴系已比较普遍。
选择JMIJ型接中间轴型膜片联轴器要考虑以下几点:
膜片联轴器额定扭矩(Nm):电机的启动、停止或作正反转,都可能会对膜片联轴器施加高于;电机较大扭的较大负载。因此,设计、制作膜片联轴器时需满足施加于膜片联轴器的较大负载扭矩在额定扭矩之下。施加超过容许值的扭矩时,膜片联轴器可能会发生变形并导致缩短膜片联轴器使用寿命或损坏。若需频繁的进行正反转,请选择;额定扭矩应为电机额定扭矩的3倍。
膜片联轴器峰值扭矩(Nm)将设计在额定值以内。静态扭转刚度(Nm/rad)指膜片联轴器的扭转刚度。惯性力矩(Kgm2)指膜片联轴器的惯性力矩。较高转速(r/min)在选择膜片联轴器时要满足运转的较高转速在ldquo;较高转速rdquo;以下。径向偏差(mm)指两根相联接轴心平行偏差的允许值。角向偏差指两根联接轴轴心角度偏差的允许值。轴向偏差(mm)指两根联接轴轴向移动的允许值。
