The main reasons for the above failures are as follows:

, Insufficient or lack of oil in the coupling of lifting accessories.Or improper use of grease causes calcification of the grease, resulting in the inability to lubricate between the tooth surfaces, or poor lubrication, resulting in serious tooth surface wear.
