Henan WGP type drum gear coupling

The WGP drum gear coupling includes a left sleeve and a right sleeve for connecting the power input shaft and the power output shaft, respectively. Drum-shaped teeth are provided at the end of the left shaft sleeve and sleeved on the left shaft. The connecting sleeve on the periphery of the sleeve meshes with the drum-shaped teeth on the left sleeve through its internal teeth. The end of the right sleeve is provided with a connecting flange. The connecting flange and the connecting sleeve are connected and fixed by a through bolt. A brake disc It is clamped and fixed between the connecting flange and the connecting sleeve.
WGP drum gear coupling has simple structure and easy installation. The brake disc is rigidly connected to the right bushing. The braking load and vibration during braking are borne by the right bushing, so the drum gears will not be meshed. Performance is impaired, and the stability of the brake disc itself is improved.
Drum gear couplingCommon fault locations and solutions:
1. The deviation of the drum gear coupling is too large, and the relative displacement of the tooth surface is too large.
2. The material is not good, and the hardness of the tooth surface is too low; the HRC of the suitable material and the hardness of the tooth surface after treatment are about 50-60.
3. Insufficient lubrication or dry grinding; the solution is to check the oil volume and align the lubricating oil pipe with the position.
4. The oil is not clean; the solution is to filter the oil so that the larger particle size of the oil containing impurities is less than 25um.
5. The tooth profile design of the drum gear coupling is unreasonable, tooth tip interference or processing accuracy is not high, the solution is to choose a drum gear with good performance.
6. The tooth tip clearance disappears due to excessive installation. The solution is to install various drum-shaped gear couplings as required and check the radial clearance of the inner and outer teeth.
7. The oil is of poor quality, and the oil contains acid or sulfide; the solution is to replace the lubricating oil.
How to adjust the coupling well.
1. Fix the outer foot on the side of the motor of the lifting accessories coupling, and move the inner foot until the eccentric line between the motor and the pump center is zero.In order to prevent the motor from moving arbitrarily, after fixing the feet of one side of the motor, the other side should be supported by the top wire.
2. Fix the inner feet of the coupling and move the outer feet to make the eccentricity of the two center lines zero.
3. After the above two methods are repeated several times, the coupling can be in a good alignment state.
