Shaanxi YL, YLD type flange coupling

YL and YLD type flange couplings use bolts to connect two flange (flange) disc type half couplings. The two half couplings are respectively connected with two shafts by keys to realize the two shaft connection and transmit torque. And sports.
YL and YLD type flange couplings have simple structure, convenient manufacturing, low cost, easy work, assembly and disassembly, and maintenance. The transmission torque is large, and the two shafts can have high centering accuracy. They are generally used Shaft transmission with stable load, high speed or high transmission accuracy requirements. The bolts on the YLD flange coupling can be all bolts for reaming holes, or half of them are bolts for reaming holes, and the other half are ordinary bolts.
YL and YLD flange couplings have two main structural forms:
1. Rely on the reamed hole and use the bolt to realize the two-axis centering and rely on the bolt rod to bear the extrusion and shear to transmit the torque.
2. It is centered by matching the convex shoulder on one half coupling with the groove on the other half coupling.The bolts connecting the two half-couplings can be used with ordinary B-grade bolts, and the torque is transmitted by the frictional moment of the joint surface of the two half-couplings.
YL, YLD typeFlange couplingThe requirements for the neutrality of the two shafts are very high. When the two shafts have relative displacements, additional loads will be caused in the machine parts and the working conditions will deteriorate. This is its main disadvantage.However, due to the simple structure, low cost, and large torque transmission, it is often used when the speed is low, there is no impact, the shaft is rigid, and the neutrality is good.
