Chain coupling

Chain coupling是联轴器的一种，目前市场上销售的链条联轴器主要有链轮联轴器和滚子链联轴器，润滑对链条联轴器的工作性能影响很大，应适当的润滑规范，一般采用润滑脂进行润滑即可。由于链条联轴器工作时，不像轴承那样有明显的搅油作用，因此，不会因润滑脂过多而引起发热。

链条联轴器在传动系统的载荷类别是选择滚子链联轴器品种的基本根据。冲击、振动和转矩变化较大的工作载荷，应选择具有弹性元件的挠性联轴器即弹性滚子链联轴器，以缓冲、减振、补偿轴线偏移，传动系统工作性能。起动频繁、正反转、制动时的转矩是正常平稳工作时转矩的数倍，是超载工作，必然缩短膜片滚子链联轴器弹性元件使用寿命。

链条联轴器产品特点

1、结构简单，装拆方便;

2、双排滚子链采用标准链条；

3、不宜用于冲击载荷过大的逆向传动；

4、起动正常，无噪声;传递精度高；

5、链条，罩壳均备有大量现货，主体备有半成品。

链条联轴器安装步骤：

1. Measuring the size of the shaft and the hole with a measuring tool. The shaft and the hole have an interference fit. Generally, the shaft is 15-20 wires larger than the hole.

2. Shafts and holes should be polished with sandpaper, and there should be no rust. The keyway of the shaft should be up and the keys should be installed. Apply butter and wait for installation.

3、用火焰或加热器对滚子链联轴器进行均匀加热至200度（根据安装情况，温度可以适当增加），加热完毕，用夹具夹持（小心）安装于轴上，好一次到位，用铜棒或软物衬垫进行敲击到位。

4、电动机和风机滚子链联轴器之间需留3-5毫米间隙，然后校正两滚子链联轴器上下、左右水平及间隙。
