Lubrication has a great influence on the working performance of chain couplings. Appropriate lubrication specifications should be used. , Generally use grease for lubrication.Because the chain coupling does not have obvious oil stirring effect like the bearing when it is working, it will not cause heat due to excessive grease.

The load category of the chain coupling in the transmission system is the basic basis for selecting the type of roller chain coupling.For working loads with large changes in impact, vibration and torque, a flexible coupling with elastic elements, that is, an elastic roller chain coupling, should be selected to buffer, reduce vibration, compensate for axis deviation, and drive system performance.The torque during frequent starting, forward and reverse rotation, and braking is several times the torque during normal and stable work. It is overload work and will inevitably shorten the service life of the elastic element of the diaphragm roller chain coupling.

Installation steps of chain coupling:

1. Measuring the size of the shaft and the hole with a measuring tool. The shaft and the hole have an interference fit. Generally, the shaft is 15-20 wires larger than the hole.

2. Shafts and holes should be polished with sandpaper, and there should be no rust. The keyway of the shaft should be up and the keys should be installed. Apply butter and wait for installation.

3. Use a flame or heater to evenly heat the roller chain coupling to 200 degrees (according to the installation situation, the temperature can be increased appropriately), after heating, use a clamp to clamp (carefully) install it on the shaft, once in place, Knock it in place with a copper rod or soft pad.

4. Leave a gap of 3-5 mm between the motor and the fan roller chain coupling, and then correct the top and bottom, left and right levels and gaps of the two roller chain couplings.

5. After the motor has finished steering, put the pin on and cover the protective cover, and then it can run.
