Join.When replacing the elastic element, the two halves of the coupling need to move along the axial direction to achieve the purpose of replacing the elastic element.The allowable relative displacement of the two shafts connected is not only related to the size, but also related to the shape of the working part of the elastic element. For the quincunx-shaped elastic element in contact with the torch-shaped claw, the allowable radial displacement △y is 0.2mm , The angular displacement △a is 1.5°. For the quincunx-shaped elastic element in contact with the arc-shaped convex claw, the allowable radial displacement △y is 0.5~1.8mm, and the allowable axis l-direction displacement △x is 2~5.0mm, The allowable angular displacement △a is 1.0°~2.0°.When the work needs to improve the compensation performance, and the load-bearing capacity is allowed to be slightly reduced, it can also be made into a plum-shaped elastic element that is drum-shaped in the axial direction, or the claws of the two halves of the coupling can be made into a convex form.
