The MLL plum blossom type elastic coupling with brake wheel is mainly composed of two protruding teeth that are closely meshed and subjected to radial compression to transmit torque. When the two axes are relatively offset, the elastic element undergoes corresponding elastic deformation to achieve Automatic compensation.
2.Plum-shaped elastic coupling主要适用于起动频繁、正反转、中高速、中等扭矩和要求高性的工作场合,例如:冶金、矿山、石油、化工、起重、运输、轻工、纺织、水泵、风机等。工作环境温度-35℃~+80℃,传递公称扭矩25~12500Nm,许用转速1500~15300r/min。

Matters needing attention during installation and adjustment of MLL plum blossom elastic coupling with brake wheel:
When the MLL plum blossom type elastic coupling with brake wheel is installed on site, the shim used to adjust the level is mostly iron plates of different thicknesses.When in use, remove the burrs, welding slag and other debris on the edge of the iron plate to prevent the parts from being broken due to vibration and other reasons after adjustment, the shim support is not strong, and the parts sink or position. The change changes the concentricity of the plum blossom couplings, causing the installation accuracy of the equipment to fail to meet the requirements.Generally, after the adjustment meets the requirements, the pad iron is welded into a whole.
When installing the MLL plum blossom type elastic coupling with brake wheel, install the roller parts first, and then use the roller main shaft as the reference axis to measure the concentricity between the output shaft of the reducer and the main shaft of the drum.After the reducer components are adjusted to meet the requirements, the concentricity of the motor shaft is measured with the input shaft of the reducer as the reference axis.However, because the brake wheel plum blossom coupling is installed on the input shaft of the reducer, both the motor and the brake are installed on the motor base.Before adjusting the motor shaft, take the brake wheel table as the reference. After adjusting the brake shoe on the brake, adjust the concentricity of the motor shaft and the input shaft of the reducer.
If the concentricity of the plum coupling is tested before the anchor bolts are tightened, there is no need to rush to remove the measuring tool after adjustment.Because in the process of tightening the anchor bolts, due to improper fastening methods, or the shim near the anchor bolts are not really supported, etc., the installation accuracy after fastening will change.Generally, it is required to check again after tightening, or check while tightening, to meet the concentricity of the two shafts.
