JM type diaphragm coupling

JM型膜片联轴器靠膜片的弹性变形来补偿所联两轴的相对位移，是一种高性能的金属弹性元件挠性联轴器，不用润滑，结构较紧凑，使用寿命长，无旋转间隙。

JM typeDiaphragm coupling是代表性的金属扰性联轴器，它在各种机械设备上都可以采用。其膜片采用0.3～2mm厚的不透钢薄板铆制成组件，上面有4～16个铰制孔，用螺拴分别与主、从动法兰联结。运行中膜片受拉、压、扭应力。这种联轴器制造成本低，传递扭矩范围大，力学性能好，装拆方便，对安装精度要求不高，它集中体现了扰性联轴器的优点，可广泛应用于各种领域，适应多种工况条件，例如泵、风机、轧机、造纸机械、电力机械、水泥机械、船舶工业、航空航天等。

JM型膜片联轴器装置注意事项

1、装置前，应清洗两轴端面，检查端面键槽口等合作状况。

2. The product with diaphragm has edges and may cause injury. It is recommended to wear thick gloves when installing.

3、请在联轴器周边装置维护罩等装置以安定。

4、联轴器的容许轴心误差包含径向，角向，轴向误差。装置时，请进行调整轴心误差在对应的产品目录下的容许值范围内。

5、当多种误差一起出现时，相应的容许值要减半。

6、为了延伸联轴器的使用寿命，主张将轴心误差设定为容许值的1/3以内。

7、在插入装置轴后再拧紧螺丝，否则会导致联轴器变形。拧紧螺丝时，请使用扭力扳手，切勿使用附件以外的螺丝装置。

8. If an abnormal sound occurs during work, please stop the operation immediately and check the accuracy of the device and the loosening of screws.

9. It is recommended to apply adhesive on the outside of the screw after debugging the device to add maintenance function.
