The working temperature is -20~+250, and no lubrication is required, and it can work in corrosive media.

It is convenient for assembly, disassembly and inspection, and the driving and slave parts of the transmission system can be disengaged without axial displacement during disassembly.
It is widely used in metallurgy, steel rolling, mining, chemical industry, shipbuilding, pumps, fans and other industries.
Precautions for JM Type Diaphragm Coupling Device
1. Before installation, the end faces of the two shafts should be cleaned, and the cooperation conditions such as the key grooves of the end faces should be checked.
2. The product with diaphragm has edges and may cause injury. It is recommended to wear thick gloves when installing.
3. Please install maintenance covers and other devices around the coupling for stability.
4. The allowable axis error of the coupling includes radial, angular and axial errors.When installing, please adjust the axis error within the allowable range of the corresponding product catalog.
5. When multiple errors appear together, the corresponding allowable value should be halved.
6. In order to extend the service life of the coupling, it is recommended to set the axis error within 1/3 of the allowable value.
7. Tighten the screws after inserting the shaft of the device, otherwise the coupling will be deformed.When tightening the screws, please use a torque wrench and never use screw devices other than the accessories.
8. If an abnormal sound occurs during work, please stop the operation immediately and check the accuracy of the device and the loosening of screws.
9. It is recommended to apply adhesive on the outside of the screw after debugging the device to add maintenance function.
