■Structural characteristics of JM elastic diaphragm coupling:
●According to the transmission torque and flexibility, the connecting rods are divided into four, six and eight equal parts.
●Large load-bearing capacity, wide application range, long service life, and nominal torque of 25~1000000N.m.
●Operating temperature -20~+250ºC, without lubrication, can work in corrosive medium.
●Compared with gear couplings, it has simple structure, easy processing and maintenance, low vibration, no noise, and is suitable for use at high speeds.
●It is convenient for assembly, disassembly and inspection, and the driving and slave parts of the transmission system can be disengaged without axial displacement during disassembly.
●Widely used in metallurgy, steel rolling, mining, chemical, shipbuilding, pumps, fans and other industries.
●Type and mark, shaft hole and keyway type are in accordance with GB/T3852, shaft hole length L is the recommended value.
Install JM typeElastic diaphragm couplingThe 8 points to note are as follows:
①. The product with diaphragm has edges and may cause injury. It is recommended to wear thick gloves when installing.
②. Please install a protective cover and other devices around the coupling.
③. When the shaft center deviation exceeds the allowable value during installation, the coupling may be deformed and cause damage or shorten the service life.
④. The allowable axis deviation of the coupling includes radial, angular and axial deviation.When installing, please adjust the axis deviation within the allowable value range of the corresponding product catalog.
⑤. When multiple deviations appear at the same time, the corresponding allowable value should be halved.
⑥. In order to prolong the service life of the coupling, it is recommended to set the axis deviation within 1/3 of the allowable value.
⑦. Tighten the screws after inserting the mounting shaft, otherwise the coupling will be deformed. When tightening the screws, please use a torque wrench, do not use screws other than accessories for installation.
⑧. If an abnormal sound occurs during operation, please stop the operation immediately and check the installation accuracy and screw looseness respectively. It is recommended to apply adhesive on the outer surface of the screw after installation and debugging to increase the protection performance.
