The characteristics of JM diaphragm couplings are a bit like bellows couplings. (1) fixedDiaphragm couplingMove the inner foot of the outer foot on the side of the motor until the eccentric line between the center of the motor and the pump is zero.In order to prevent the motor from moving freely, after fixing the feet on one side of the motor, the other side should be supported by the top wire.

(2) Fix the inner feet of the diaphragm coupling and move the outer feet to make the eccentricity of the two center lines zero.

(3) After the above two methods are repeated several times, the coupling can be in a good alignment state.

The JM diaphragm coupling can be directly selected according to the standard when it is used.It is suitable for transmission connection between energy equipment and fan.It is mainly formed by a unilateral half coupling, a local sleeve, a diaphragm between the sleeve and the half coupling. The double flange coupling is suitable for the connection of the shaft system with a long distance between the two shaft ends and heavy load. , It can well compensate for the difference of the difference between the output shaft of the energy equipment side and the input shaft of the fan, so that the full transmission system can operate stably.

Therefore, it is very suitable for removing the hydraulic coupling, which can connect the energy equipment and the fan with the AC hydraulic coupling.The double-flange coupling is simple to customize, easy to disassemble and install, and easy to install.
