蛇形联轴器弹簧又名蛇形弹簧。使用的材质主要是60Si2MnA和50CrVA材料规格。厚度可做较大20mm,宽度可做较大30mm.。蛇形弹簧以组(1圈为1组,每组供货时试客户的蛇簧大小,有1片为1组:2片为1组,4片为1组和6片为1组等)供货,该产品扭矩范围为26-270000N·M,两半轴允许相对径向位移为0.5-3mm,轴向位移4-20mm,角位移1°15'。

1. 2. Springs made of hot-rolled spring steel often have decarburization and oxidation defects on the surface of the column (especially silico-manganese steel, etc.).The surface of many springs will also be decarburized during the heat treatment process, and the oxidation is serious, so that the surface is prone to fatigue damage during use.

3. At present, the serpentine spring has a twin martensite structure after quenching.The plasticity and toughness of this kind of organization are still low after tempering at moderate temperature.

1. Use high-medium frequency induction heating for carbon and nitrogen co-infiltration, so that the spring surface has a higher strength and hardness infiltration layer to improve the fatigue strength of the serpentine spring.

2. Use high and intermediate frequency induction heating and austempering to refine austenite grains.This will significantly improve the mechanical properties of the serpentine spring.

3. Part of lower bainite is obtained by austempering to further improve plasticity, toughness and fatigue strength.

4. The medium temperature tempering is used to transform the structure into a mixture of tempered troostite and lower bainite to obtain good comprehensive performance. The process of our factory is suitable for silico-manganese pots and chromium-vanadium steels, and is also suitable for silicon-chromium steels. , Chromium-manganese steel and other spring steel types.
