Due to the performance of the reed, the resonance phenomenon between the prime mover and the working machine is largely avoided. , The service life is much longer than that of the non-metal elastic element coupling; the tooth surface contacted by the spring sheet is arc-shaped, and the size of the contact surface changes with the size of the transmitted torque, so it can withstand a large amount of load variation. The short-term overload capacity is 2 to 3 times the rated torque, the transmission effect is good, and the operation is stable; and the serpentine spring coupling has a simple structure, convenient assembly and disassembly, and allows large installation deviations. When installing a coupling with a clearance fit, you need to clean all relevant parts and check whether there are burrs on the hub, shaft, and keyway. Do not heat the hub with a clearance fit.When installing the hub, its end surface should be flush with the shaft end, or install in accordance with other specified requirements, and tighten the fixing screws.
When installing an interference fit coupling, there is no fixing screw.Use ovens, blowtorches, induction heaters or oil baths to heat the hub. If the temperature reaches 135°C and exceeds 200°C, the seals will be damaged.When heating the hub hole directly, it is necessary to maintain a constant movement to avoid overheating a certain area.
