The HL type-elastic pin coupling is a pin made of several non-metallic elastic materials, which is placed in the flange hole of the two halves of the coupling, and the two halves of the coupling are connected by the pin. The coupling structure It is simple and easy to manufacture, and it is convenient to assemble and disassemble the elastic element without moving the two couplings.The elastic parts are sheared during work and have poor workability. They are only suitable for medium-speed transmission shafts with very low requirements. They are not suitable for working conditions with high performance requirements. For example, the transmission shaft system of the lifting mechanism of hoisting machinery cannot be selected. It is not suitable for low-speed, heavy-duty transmission shaft systems with strong impact and large vibration. It should not be used for working conditions with large radial and angular deviations and transmission shaft systems with low installation accuracy. It is an obsolete product. .
HL type-Elastic pin couplingIt uses a pin with an elastic sleeve (rubber material) at one end to be installed in the flange hole of the two halves of the coupling to realize the connection of the two halves of the coupling.It is suitable for various mechanical transmission shafts that connect two coaxial lines, usually used for frequent high and low speed motions.The working temperature is -20~+80℃; the nominal torque of transmission is 40~20000N.m.
HL type-elastic pin coupling use and maintenance:
1. When assembling, remove burrs and clean all parts
2. When assembling, the two middle welding fork bearing holes must be on the same plane, and the allowable difference should not exceed 1°, the spline part should slide freely, and the joint should rotate flexibly;
3. Clean the surface, except for the flange end face and the end face key with anti-rust grease, brush the anti-rust primer once, and then spray paint (no paint).
4. Regular lubrication, it is recommended to inject oil once a week, and once a day under high temperature conditions.
Precautions for installation of HL type-elastic pin coupling:
1) Elastic pin coupling positioning screw fixation: The gap between the two positioning screws is 90º; the fixed shaft is locked, the traditional fixing method, because the front end of the screw contacts the shaft center, it may cause damage or damage to the shaft center. Difficult to disassemble.
2) Elastic pin coupling clamping screw fixation: Use the tightening force of the hexagon socket bolt to shrink the slit and clamp the shaft tightly.This method is convenient to fix and disassemble, and will not cause damage to the shaft, so it is a very common fixing method.
3) Elastic pin coupling keyway type fixation: suitable for high-torque transmission. In order to prevent axial sliding, it is usually used together with positioning screws and clamping screws.
4) The elastic pin coupling is fixed with D-shaped hole: Normally, if the shaft of the motor is D-shaped, if the positioning screw cannot be fixed, the hole of the coupling can be processed to correspond to the size of the motor shaft D-shaped holes are fixed with positioning screws, so there is no need to worry about slipping.
5) Expansion sleeve fixing: tighten the four positioning screws on the end of the Lingsi coupling to compress the account cover. It is suitable for the connection and fixation of some stepping motors and servo motors with large torque, such as expansion sleeve elastic pins. Couplings, expansion sleeve plum blossom couplings, expansion sleeve bellows couplings, expansion sleeve elastic pin couplings, etc.
