The LX elastic pin coupling is suitable for various coaxial transmission systems. It uses the cross-sectional shear strength of the nylon rod to transmit torque. The transmission torque is 160-160000N.m, and the working temperature is -20~80℃. The structure is simple, the maintenance is convenient, and it has cushioning and shock absorption performance and the ability of axial offset compensation.

The pin in the LX elastic pin coupling is in shearing and squeezing state when working, and its strength condition is to calculate the shear strength of the cross section of the elastic pin and the squeeze strength of the pin and the wall of the column hole.

The HL type-elastic pin coupling has been listed as standard GB5014-85, which is suitable for a variety of mechanical transmission shafts that connect two coaxial lines, and is usually used for frequent high and low speed motions.The working temperature is -20~+80℃; the nominal torque of transmission is 40~20000N.m. The LX-type elastic pin coupling has a relatively large structure, simple and reasonable, easy maintenance, symmetrical and interchangeable on both sides, long life, allowing large axial movement, and has buffering, shock absorption, and other properties.

The material of the elastic element (column pin) is generally nylon 6, which has the ability to compensate for the offset of the two axes in a small amount. The elastic part is sheared during operation and has poor working performance. It is only suitable for very low medium-speed transmission shafts.

The LX elastic pin coupling (formerly HL elastic coupling) has been listed as standard GB5014-85. It is suitable for all kinds of mechanical transmission shafts that connect two coaxial lines. It is usually used for frequent high and low speed motions.

Features of LX elastic pin coupling:
