HL typeElastic pin couplingIt uses several pins made of non-metallic elastic materials and is placed in the flange holes of the two halves of the coupling. The two halves of the coupling are connected by the pins. The coupling has a simple structure, easy to manufacture, and flexible in assembly and disassembly. The components are more convenient, and there is no need to move the two couplings.
Characteristics of HL type elastic pin coupling:
1. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and it is convenient to assemble, disassemble and replace the elastic element, and there is no need to move the two couplings;
2. The material of the elastic element (column pin) is generally nylon 6, which has the ability to compensate for the deviation of the two axes in a small amount. It is not suitable for low-speed, heavy-duty, and strong impact and vibration drive shaft systems.
3. The strength condition is to calculate the shear strength of the elastic pin cross section and the extrusion strength of the pin and the pin hole wall; the HL type elastic pin coupling uses a column with an elastic sleeve (rubber material) at one end The pin is installed in the flange hole of the coupling halves to realize the coupling of the coupling halves.The material of the elastic element (column pin) is generally selected from nylon, which has the ability to compensate for the deviation of the two axes in a small amount. The elastic part is sheared when working, and the working performance is extremely poor. It is only suitable for the medium-speed transmission shaft system with very low requirements. HL type elastic pin couplings are all standard GB5014-85, which are suitable for all kinds of transmission shafts that mechanically connect two coaxial lines, and are usually used for frequent high and low speed movements.The working temperature is -20~+80℃; the nominal torque of transmission is 40~20000N.m.The elastic pin coupling has a large simple and reasonable structure, convenient maintenance, two-sided symmetrical interchangeability, long life, allowing large axial movement, and has the properties of cushioning and shock absorption.The shaft hole types are cylindrical (Y), conical (Z) and short cylindrical (J).The shaft hole and keyway are processed according to the standard GB3852-83 "Coupling shaft column and keyway form and size".The semi-coupling is made of casting, cast iron HT20-40, cast steel ZG35Ⅱ, the shaft hole and keyway are made by drawing, and the pin is made of MC nylon b. It has the ability to slightly compensate for the offset of the two axes. The elastic part is sheared when working. It has very poor working performance and is only suitable for medium-speed transmission shafts with very low requirements. It is not suitable for working conditions with high working requirements.
