一、弹性柱销联轴器结构特点及优点

  弹性柱销联轴器是利用若干非金属弹性材料制成的柱销,置于两半联轴器凸缘孔中,通过柱销实现两半联轴器联接,该联轴器结构简单,容易制造,装拆换弹性元件比较方便,不用移动两半联轴器。弹性元件(柱销)的材料一般选用高弹性尼龙,有微量补偿两轴线偏移能力,弹性件工作时受剪切,工作可 靠性极 差,仅适用于要求很低的中速传动轴系,不适用于工作可 靠性要求的工况,例如起重机械的提升机构的传动轴系不能选用,不宜用于低速重载及具有强烈冲击和震动较大的传动轴系,对与径向和角向偏移较大的工况以及安装精度较低的传动轴系亦不应选用,属于淘汰品种。Elastic pin couplingThe pin in the stud is in shearing and squeezing state when working, and its strength condition is to calculate the shear strength of the elastic pin cross section and the squeeze strength of the pin and the pin control wall.
  弹性柱销齿式联轴器结构特点
  1. The nylon pin is a self-lubricating material and does not need lubrication, which not only saves lubricating oil, but also purifies the working environment.
  2. Not suitable for noise requirements. Strictly control the parts to reduce vibration energy and high noise.
  3. The expansion sleeve (locking plate) can be used for connection.
  4. Convenient maintenance and long service life. The nylon pin can be replaced by removing the baffle plate.
  5. The outer edges of the flanges of the two half couplings and the inner edge of the outer sleeve are made into half-element-shaped grooves with the same radius, which are combined into a pin hole for embedding the pin.The half coupling of the driving shaft drives the outer sleeve through the pin, and the outer sleeve drives the half coupling of the driven shaft to rotate through the pin to transmit torque.The transmission torque is large. At the same torque, the rotation diameter is mostly smaller than the gear coupling, the volume is small, and the weight is lighter. It can partially replace the gear coupling.
  6. Compared with the gear coupling, the structure is simple, the component parts are less, the manufacturing is more convenient, and the gear processing machine tool is not needed.
  二、、弹性联轴器结构特点
  挤压和扭转复合式弹性联轴器具有较高的弹性,可以降低轴系的固有频率,改变动力装置的扭振特性,避免出现危险性的共振;具有较好的阻尼特性,可以吸收部分振动能量,减小扭转振幅,降低轴的扭振应力;补偿两轴相对位移较大。
  在该梅花型联轴器结构中存在如下特点:W挤压橡胶块的轴心线和输入盘的轴心线平行;输入盘上设置有弧形面,输出盘上设置有二弧形面,弧形面和二弧形面围成挤压橡胶块的弧形安装槽,所述弧形安装槽包括一段宽度从一端向另一端逐渐缩小楔形段,所述挤压橡胶块设置于弧形安装槽的楔形段中、且挤压橡胶块的圆柱面和弧形安装槽相贴;2)扭转橡胶套的两端为弧形突出状,其中,传动片和二传动片上设置有与弧形突出状相配的凹槽,凹槽的内凹面上设置有螺纹,传动片、扭转橡胶套和二传动片经模压硫化成型构成扭转组件。
  3)该弹性套柱销联轴器适用于花键轴和具有一 定锥度的轴与孔之间的安装;4)硅橡胶的较大扭转角度为250;5)在达到一半额定扭矩时,通过挤压具有弹性的挤压橡胶来传递扭矩,滚子橡胶在预定轨道上运动;6)该结构中滚子橡胶安装在联轴器的输入盘中,其目的是避免钢结构在直接接触产生巨大的噪声;7)该结构在传动片中设置有散热孔,能够保 证联轴器的散热。
