zld锥形孔Elastic pin gear coupling适用于同轴线的传动轴系,利用尼龙棒的纵断面剪切强度传递转矩,可传递很大的转矩100~500000N.m,工作温度-20~70℃,可部分的代替齿形联轴器,具有补偿轴品呀能力,和一般的减震性能,对不要求控制噪音的环境场合使用。分普通圆柱轴孔用ZL型,和一端允许圆锥孔的ZLD型,选型式望注意:许用补偿量;轴向±1.5~5mm;径向0.3~1.5mm;角向0.5°
zld锥形孔弹性柱销齿式联轴器结构性能:
●The outer edges of the flanges of the two half couplings and the inner edge of the outer sleeve are made into half-element-shaped grooves with the same radius, which are combined into pin holes for embedding the pins.The half coupling of the driving shaft drives the outer sleeve through the pin, and the outer sleeve drives the half coupling of the driven shaft to rotate through the pin to transmit torque.
●Working temperature -20~+70ºC
●The shaft hole and keyway type and size of the coupling, and the marking method conforms to the requirements of GB/T3852-1997 "Coupling shaft hole and coupling type and size"
●Not suitable for parts requiring strict control of noise
●The expansion sleeve (shrink disc) can be used for connection.
该zld锥形孔弹性柱销齿式联轴器具下面特性:
(1)传送转矩大,在相反转矩时反转展转直径大少数比齿式联轴器小,容积小,品质轻,可多少个部件接替齿式联轴器。
(2)与齿式联轴器对比,设计简洁,构成整机较少,制作较便捷,不必牙轮加工刀具。
(3)维护便捷,时间较长,拆下隔板即可改换锦纶柱销。
(4)锦纶柱销为自润笔料,不需光滑,不只节约光滑油,并且污染操作条件。
