zld tapered holeElastic pin gear couplingIt is suitable for the transmission shaft system of the coaxial cable. It uses the longitudinal section shear strength of the nylon rod to transmit the torque. It can transmit a large torque of 100~500000N.m. The working temperature is -20~70℃, which can partially replace the tooth profile. The coupling has the ability to compensate the shaft quality and general shock absorption performance. It is used in environments where noise control is not required.It is divided into ZL type for ordinary cylindrical shaft hole and ZLD type which allows tapered hole at one end. Please note the selection of the type: allowable compensation; axial ±1.5~5mm; radial 0.3~1.5mm; angular direction 0.5°
Structure performance of zld conical hole elastic pin gear coupling:
●The outer edges of the flanges of the two half couplings and the inner edge of the outer sleeve are made into half-element-shaped grooves with the same radius, which are combined into pin holes for embedding the pins.The half coupling of the driving shaft drives the outer sleeve through the pin, and the outer sleeve drives the half coupling of the driven shaft to rotate through the pin to transmit torque.

●The shaft hole and keyway type and size of the coupling, and the marking method conforms to the requirements of GB/T3852-1997 "Coupling shaft hole and coupling type and size"
●Not suitable for parts requiring strict control of noise
●The expansion sleeve (shrink disc) can be used for connection.
The following characteristics of the zld tapered hole elastic pin gear coupling:
(1) The transmission torque is large, when the reverse torque is reversed, the spread rotation diameter is larger than the gear coupling, the volume is small, and the quality is light. How many parts can replace the gear coupling.
(2) Compared with the gear coupling, the design is simple, the whole machine is less, and the production is more convenient, without the need for cone processing tools.
(3) The maintenance is convenient and takes a long time. The nylon pin can be replaced by removing the partition.
(4) The nylon pin is a self-lubricating pen material, which does not need to be smooth, which not only saves smooth oil, but also pollutes operating conditions.
