The rod-pin coupling is suitable for connecting two sets of inner cores. The transmission torque is 63~160000KG.m, and the shaft hole diameter is 25~600mm.
The scope of application of the rod-pin coupling is suitable for the transmission shaft system connecting two coaxial lines, and has a large compensation for the relative deviation of the two shafts and general shock absorption performance.The working environment temperature is -20º~+70ºC,Elastic pin gear couplingIt is not suitable for parts with high requirements for shock absorption and noise control.
Characteristic analysis of rod-pin coupling:
1. The ambient temperature of the rod-pin coupling is -20~+70℃.
2. The two shaft sleeves can be arbitrarily transferred to the main and driven ends according to the needs.
3.轴套与电机轴伸配合应按GB756-65（电机圆柱伸）及GB757-65（电机圆锥轴伸）之规定轴套与其他轴配合时，键及检查形式，尺寸按FB1095~1096-73、Q/ZB108-73之规定。
4. It is recommended to use nylon 6 or other grades of nylon with the same mechanical properties as the rod pin material. Phenolic cloth sheets and rods can also be used.
The mechanical properties of the rod pin material nylon 6 should meet the following requirements:
(1) Tensile strength ≥540KG/c㎡
(2) Flexural strength ≥700KG/c㎡
