The installation process and selection steps of the snake spring coupling before use

一、蛇簧联轴器使用前的安装过程
 　　先在实用蛇簧联轴器之前，把联轴器内的孔清洁干净，抹机油或者润滑剂。其次插入安装轴，但是我们要避免用铁锤或硬金属击打安装。之后定位完成后，先按对角线方向，用扭力扳手轻轻地拧紧螺丝。然后加大力度重复完成上述动作，再按规定的拧紧力矩进行拧紧力矩进行拧紧固定。 后一点就是按圆周方向依次拧紧固定螺丝。拆卸与装配式相反的过程，两者的目的是不同的。装配过程是按装配要求将联轴器组装起来，使联轴器能  地传递扭矩。拆卸一般是由于设备的故障或联轴其自身需要维修，把联轴器拆卸成零部件。拆卸的程度一般根据检修要求而定，有的只是要求把联接的两轴脱开，有的不仅要把联轴其全部分 解，还要把轮毂从轴上取下来。联轴器的种类很多，结构各不相同，联轴器的拆卸过程也不一样，在此主要介绍联轴器拆卸工作中需要注意的一些问题。
　　二、蛇簧联轴器的选用步骤；
　　1、选用标准蛇簧联轴器。设计人员在选择Snake spring coupling时，先应制定标准、机械行业标准，只有在现有标准蛇簧联轴器下，不能满足设计需要时才需自己设计蛇簧联轴器。
　　2、选择蛇簧联轴器品种、型式。了解蛇簧联轴器在传动系统中的综合功能，从传动系统总体设计考虑，选择蛇簧联轴器品种、型式。根据原动机类别和工作载荷类别、工作转速、传动精度、两轴偏移状况、温度、湿度、工作环境等综合因素选择蛇簧联轴器的品种。根据配套主机的需要选择蛇簧联轴器的结构型式，当蛇簧联轴器与制动器配套使用时，宜选择带制动轮或制动盘型式的蛇簧联轴器；需要过载保护时，宜选择合适蛇簧联轴器；与法兰联接时，宜选择法兰式；长距离传动，联接的轴向尺寸较大时，宜选择接中间轴型或接中间套型。
　　3. 　　4、初选蛇簧联轴器型号。根据计算转矩Tc，从标准系列中可选定相近似的公称转矩Tn，选型时应满足Tn≥Tc。初步选定蛇簧联轴器型号，从标准中可查得蛇簧联轴器的许用转速[n]和大径向尺寸D、轴向尺寸L0，就满足蛇簧联轴器转速n≤[n]。
　　5. Adjust the model according to the shaft diameter.The initially selected coupling dimensions of the snake spring coupling, namely the shaft hole diameter d and the shaft hole length L, should meet the requirements of the shaft diameters of the driving and driven ends, otherwise the specifications of the snake spring coupling should be adjusted according to the shaft diameter d .It is a common phenomenon that the shaft diameters of the main and driven ends are different. When the torque and speed are the same, and the shaft diameters of the main and driven ends are different, the snake spring coupling model should be selected according to the large shaft diameter.In the newly designed transmission system, seven shaft hole types that meet the requirements should be selected. J1 shaft hole type is recommended to improve usability and interchangeability. The length of the shaft hole is in accordance with the requirements of the snake spring coupling product standard.
　　6. Choose the connection type.The choice of the connection type of the snake spring coupling depends on the connection type of the main and driven ends to the shaft. Generally, the key connection is adopted, which is a unified key connection type and code. It specifies seven keyway types and four keyless connections. Most of them are A-type keys.
　　7、选定蛇簧联轴器品种、式、规格。根据动力机和蛇簧联轴器载荷类别、转速、工作环境等综合因素，选定蛇簧联轴器品种；根据蛇簧联轴器的配套、联接情况等因素选定蛇簧联轴器型式；根据公称转矩、轴孔直径与轴孔长度选定规格。为了轴和键的强度，在选定蛇簧联轴器型号后，应对轴和键强度做校核验算，以末尾确定蛇簧联轴器的型号。
