齿式联轴器是由齿数相同的内齿圈和带外齿的凸缘半联轴器等零件组成。外齿分为直齿和鼓形齿两种齿形，所谓鼓形齿即为将外齿制成球面，球面中心在齿轮轴线上，齿侧间隙较一般齿轮大，鼓形齿联轴器可允许较大的角位移(相对于直齿联轴器)，可改进齿的接触条件，提高传递转矩的能力，延长使用寿命。齿式联轴器在工作时，两轴产生相对位移，内外齿的齿面周期性作轴向相对滑动，必然形成齿面磨损和功率损耗，因此齿式联轴器需在良好润滑和密封的状态下工作。

Pay attention to when installing:
1、假如是原来的设备上更换，那么一般要和原来的方向一致，假如是新设计制造的设备，那么要在不与周边其它零件有干涉的前提下，按内、外齿结合面越多的原则安装。

1、检查联轴器齿面啮合情况，其接触面积沿齿高不小于50%，沿齿宽不小于70%，齿面不得有磨损和裂纹。
2. The full circle runout of the outer gear ring of the coupling is not more than 0.03mm, and the end circle runout is not more than 0.02mm.
3、若须拆下齿圈时，不可敲打，以免使轴弯曲或损伤。当回装时，应将齿圈加热到200℃左右再装到轴上。外齿圈与轴的过盈量一般为0.01~0.03mm。
4. When reinstalling the intermediate tube or other parts, it should be assembled according to the original markings and data.
5、齿式联轴器用力矩扳手均匀地把螺栓拧紧。
